Enrico’s research interests lie at the intersection of bio-integrated soft robotics and responsive structures. He is a postdoctoral fellow developing magnetic and ultrasound-responsive reconfigurable metamaterials, with a specific emphasis on hydrogel machines and understanding implant-tissue interactions. Outside of the lab, he enjoys sailing, hiking, running, and playing the saxophone.
